Every Tuesday, April – Sept from 6pm, visit Poole Quay when Poole Dream Machines roars into town. The UK’s largest weekly motorcycles meet where 1000 gleaming machines compete for a weekly Bike of the Night competition.

Free family folk festival takes place in June and features the best folk on the music scene, ceilidhs and traditional folk dancing as well as fun family activities throughout the day with three outdoor stages and fringe events in the venues along the Quay.

Poole Quay is closed to traffic and filled with themed cars as enthusiasts bring their pride and joy to Poole – a fantastic event for spectators and owners. Themed nights include Minis, British Classics and Italian Stallions.

See world-class competitors and Olympic hopefuls take over the sands for a weekend of top competition.
British Beach Polo Championships, Sandbanks Beach, second-weekend in July.
Featuring top International players, celebrities and polo supporters the festival of polo includes a free viewing area for members of the public who don’t have tickets.

Summer Breeze on the Quay, Poole Quay every Thursday from 27th July until end of August from 7pm
Sponsored by Tower Park-based motor dealership Breeze Volkswagen and part of Wave 105 Summertime in the South the free event is organised by Poole Tourism and takes every Thursday from 27 July until the end of August) bringing a party atmosphere to Poole’s continental quayside with live music, entertainment and family fun before finishing with a firework finale over the largest natural harbour in Europe.
